Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Desert Safari Osian, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We offer transparent and flexible cancellation and rescheduling guidelines for all our desert tours, safari rides, and campsite stays on Jodhpur Road in Osian.

1. Day Safari & Half-Day Evening Packages

• Cancellations 24 hours or more before scheduled departure: Full refund or 100% free date rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 12 to 24 hours of scheduled departure: 50% cancellation fee, or option to reschedule to another date within the tourist season at no additional fee.
• Cancellations within 12 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable, as vehicles and fresh meal preparations are already dispatched.

2. Overnight Desert Camp Stays & Group Bookings

• Cancellations 48 hours or more prior to check-in: Full refund of deposit, or free rescheduling subject to tent availability.
• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to check-in: 50% refund of deposit amount.
• Cancellations under 24 hours prior to check-in: Non-refundable due to reserved tent inventory and campfire dinner arrangements.

3. Weather & Force Majeure Policy

In the rare event of extreme desert weather (severe sandstorms, heavy rain, or government transit restrictions) where safari activities cannot proceed safely, guests will be offered:

1. Immediate complimentary rescheduling to the next available date, or
2. A 100% full refund with no administrative deduction.
